Your systems. Talking to ours.
Not a public API anyone can sign up for - this is for operators already running on the platform who want their own website or tools connected directly, instead of someone retyping requests by hand.
Every integration is a one-off script someone maintains alone.
Your booking site collects a request. Someone copies it into the ops platform by hand. Your finance tool needs an invoice number, so someone types it in again there too. Nothing talks to anything.
Two APIs. Available as a subscription, once you're on the platform.
Booking Intake API
Your own website already takes booking requests. Feed them straight into your review queue instead of someone retyping every one by hand. Signed webhooks tell your site the moment a booking's accepted or declined - no polling, no guessing.
- Submit a booking directly from your own site
- Signed webhook on accept/decline
- Same review queue as bookings entered manually
Client Documents API
Already have a finance tool or CRM? Call the full quotation-to-receipt lifecycle programmatically instead of building every document by hand in the platform's own UI.
- Mint, list, and revoke your own keys
- Full quote → invoice → receipt lifecycle
- Same immutable, void/reissue chain as the UI
A booking from your website lands in the Bookings queue.
Your own booking form posts to the API. The request appears in Bookings marked as coming from your website, next to the ones that came by email or phone - ready to quote.
Your systems ask. The platform sends the document.
Fetch quotations, invoices and receipts made from the flight record - with your logo, terms and payment details - to show in your own client portal or attach to your own emails.
An operator benefit, not a developer signup.
There's no public API key request form. API access is a paid subscription, available self-service from your own account settings once you're an approved operator - not something anyone off the street can sign up for.
